SVSC Hosts D License Course For Coaches

SVSC is proud to be the host, for the second straight year, of a United States Soccer Federation D License Coaching Course. Successful candidates will earn either a State D License or a National D License. The D License is geared towards coaching players 13-15 years old. In order to take the D License Course, candidates must have already received their F and E Licenses. A National D License is required before a coach can take the USSF National C License course. The course runs for two weekends (Friday night, all day Saturday, all day Sunday), the first of which is August 18-20, 2017 and the second of which is November 10-12, 2017. The classroom sessions will be held at Steel Valley High School, while the on-field sessions will take place at West Field. To date, there are approximately 30 coaches registered to take the course.
